Answer : If you link device to alexa via tuya app or smart life app ,tuya app may not have entrance.Suggest you can pair alexa built-in zigbee 3.0 gateway ,or google home assistant built-in zigbee 3.0 gateway,then use voice control .
*App: if you use tuya zigbee hub ,you can use tuya app or smart life app .If you use Zigbee2mqtt related gateway ,please use home assistant app .
